ClearVue Disposal – Terms of Service
Roll-Off Dumpster Sizes:
10, 20, 30 & 40 cubic yard roll-off containers.

Order Online or By Phone:
Please read and agree to these terms, conditions, and list of unacceptable materials before placing your order.

Upon submitting an order, your payment will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation email.
​
Roll-Off Dumpster / Container Rentals
Customer agrees to the listed price, rental period, and weight overage charges for each dumpster size.
Rental includes:

One delivery
-
One pickup
-
Disposal fee of waste at an approved Michigan transfer station
​
If a dumpster needs to be switched or returned, the customer will be charged the full rental amount for the new container.
​
Cancellation Policy:
Orders must be cancelled by 4:30 PM the business day before delivery.
Late cancellations are subject to a $250 fee.
​
ClearVue Disposal cannot guarantee specific delivery or pickup times and is not responsible for any lost revenue or inconvenience due to scheduling delays. We always strive to meet your requested dates.
​
Property Damage
Customer agrees that the delivery path is suitable for heavy trucks.
ClearVue Disposal Rental is not responsible for damage to:

Driveways
-
Sidewalks
-
Lawns
-
Private pavement or surfaces
​
By renting, the customer accepts full responsibility for property damage and agrees to hold ClearVue and its employees harmless.

Recycling & Legal Requirements
Customer is responsible for ensuring that recyclable materials are handled according to Michigan regulations.
Any fines incurred due to violations will be passed on to the customer.

Dumpster Loading Instructions & Additional Fees

Load materials even with the top of the dumpster (not above).

Additional charges apply for materials that exceed weight limits.

Tires: $25 surcharge per tire found.

If the dumpster is blocked on delivery or pickup (e.g., vehicles or debris blocking access), a $250 trip fee will be charged.

Rentals include 21 days. After 21 days, a daily fee of $15 applies until the dumpster is picked up.

Customer is responsible for any damage to the container while on site.
​
Weight & Contents

Maximum load weight: 12 tons (24,000 lbs).
-
Overweight loads resulting in fines or fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

No hazardous, toxic, or dangerous materials allowed.

The customer is responsible for all contents in the dumpster and any costs associated with improper disposal.

Non-Payment
Failure to pay may result in:
-
Removal of the container
-
Dumping of its contents on-site (customer responsible for cleanup)
-
Additional fees for collections, attorney costs, and bank charges
​
Unacceptable Items

Hazardous materials
-
Asbestos
-
Tires
-
Appliances (refrigerators, washers, dryers, etc.)
-
Gasoline, diesel, oil, or fluids
-
Chemicals or pool chemicals
-
Paint (only dried latex paint is acceptable)
-
Batteries
-
Propane/gas tanks, fire extinguishers
-
Air conditioners or freezers
-
Mercury-containing devices
-
Medical waste or animals
-
TVs, computers, electronics
-
Dirt, stumps, cardboard, or mandated recyclables

Construction, demolition, foreclosures, junk removal, estate clean-outs, remodels, moving, yard debris, stumps, logs, scrap metal, concrete, attic/basement clean-outs, and more.
